• 350 LEI/ abstract paper for national (co)authors; for this fee, ONLY ONE of the (co)authors can attend/participate at the EINCO 2020 activities; in case that other (co)author of one abstract paper would like to attend the EINCO 2020 and to present the results of the research, every additional attending/participating (co)author at the EINCO 2020 activities will have to pay an extra fee of 350 LEI/(co)author; an abstract paper is allowed to have maximum 4 co-authors (including the first author); an author is admitted to submit maximum 2 abstract papers to EINCO 2020 (either as first/single author, or as co-author); in case that the same attending/participating (co)author at the EINCO 2020 activities would like to present a 2^nd abstract paper submitted and accepted for presentation at the EINCO 2020 to which he/she is (co)author, the fee to be paid for the 2^nd abstract paper is 150 LEI/ abstract paper for national (co)authors. This fee covers the costs involving the Conference registration and programme, entrance to all sessions of the conference, coffee-breaks, lunch and dinner, the Conference Abstracts’ Volume (Abstracts Proceedings), and a conference bag and associated materials. • 75 EURO/ abstract paper for international (co)authors; for this fee, ONLY ONE of the (co)authors can attend/participate at the EINCO 2020 activities; in case that other (co)author of one abstract paper would like to attend the EINCO 2020 and to present the results of the research, every additional attending/participating (co)author at the EINCO 2020 activities will have to pay an extra fee of 75 EURO/(co)author; an abstract paper is allowed to have maximum 4 co-authors (including the first author); an author is admitted to submit maximum 2 abstract papers to EINCO 2020 (either as first/single author, or as co-author); in case that the same attending/participating (co)author at the EINCO 2020 activities would like to present a 2^nd abstract paper submitted and accepted for presentation at the EINCO 2020 to which he/she is (co)author, the fee to be paid for the 2^nd abstract paper is 35 EURO/ abstract paper for international (co)authors. • 450 LEI/ paper for national (co)authors; for this fee, ONLY ONE of the (co)authors can attend/participate at the EINCO 2020 activities; in case that other (co)author of one paper would like to attend the EINCO 2020, every additional attending/participating (co)author at the EINCO 2020 activities will have to pay an extra fee of 350 LEI/(co)author; a paper is allowed to have maximum 4 co-authors (including the first author); an author is admitted to submit maximum 2 papers to EINCO 2020 (either as first/single author, or as co-author); in case that the same attending/participating (co)author at the EINCO 2020 activities would like to present and publish a 2^nd paper submitted and accepted to the EINCO 2020 to which he/she is (co)author, the fee to be paid for the 2^nd paper is 250 LEI/ paper for national (co)authors. This fee covers the costs involving the Conference registration and programme, entrance to all sessions of the conference, coffee-breaks, lunch and dinner, the Conference Abstracts’ Volume (Abstracts Proceedings), a conference bag and associated materials, and the publication in extenso of the paper in the Journal “The Annals of the University of Oradea. Economic Sciences” – Tom XXIX, 2020, ISSN 1582-5450 (electronic format), ISSN 1222-569X (print format), Oradea University Press. The conference package will be available only for the (co)author who attend the EINCO 2020 Conference.

The staff employed by the Faculty of Economic Sciences (FES) of the University of Oradea in the academic year 2019-2020, the moderators of the EINCO 2020 sections, as well as the members of the committees either of the EINCO 2020 conference, or of the FES journals are exempt from the payment of any fee.

A 50% discount on the participation fee is apply only for the doctoral students of the Doctoral School of Economic Sciences, University of Oradea.

There are no discounts offered to authors of the papers accepted to EINCO 2020.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

EINCO 2020 is closely monitoring the situation regarding the new COVID-19 situation. We do advise prospects participants not to make travelling arrangements now unless they are refundable. The organizers will not be liable for any other expenses or financial losses incurred by the participants, in case of cancellation of the conference.

The EINCO 2020 Conference registration fee covers the costs involving the Conference registration and programme, entrance to all sessions of the conference, coffee-breaks, lunch and dinner, the Conference Abstracts’ Volume (Abstracts Proceedings), and a conference bag and associated materials. The conference package will be available only for the authors who attend the EINCO 2020 Conference.

Transport and accommodation costs will be covered by participants.
