This fee covers only the costs involving the review and the publication in extenso of the paper in the Journal “The Annals of the University of Oradea. • 350 LEI/ abstract paper for national (co)authors; for this fee, ONLY ONE of the (co)authors can attend/participate at the EINCO 2019 activities; in case that other (co)author of one abstract paper would like to attend the EINCO 2019 and to present the results of the research, every additional attending/participating (co)author at the EINCO 2019 activities will have to pay an extra fee of 350 LEI/(co)author; an abstract paper is allowed to have maximum 4 co-authors (including the first author); an author is admitted to submit maximum 2 abstract papers to EINCO 2019 (either as first/single author, or as co-author); in case that the same attending/participating (co)author at the EINCO 2019 activities would like to present a 2^nd abstract paper submitted and accepted for presentation at the EINCO 2019 to which he/she is (co)author, the fee to be paid for the 2^nd abstract paper is 150 LEI/ abstract paper for national (co)authors. This fee covers the costs involving the Conference registration and programme, entrance to all sessions of the conference, coffee-breaks, lunch and dinner, the Conference Abstracts’ Volume (Abstracts Proceedings), and a conference bag and associated materials. • 75 EURO/ abstract paper for international (co)authors; for this fee, ONLY ONE of the (co)authors can attend/participate at the EINCO 2019 activities; in case that other (co)author of one abstract paper would like to attend the EINCO 2019 and to present the results of the research, every additional attending/participating (co)author at the EINCO 2019 activities will have to pay an extra fee of 75 EURO/(co)author; an abstract paper is allowed to have maximum 4 co-authors (including the first author); an author is admitted to submit maximum 2 abstract papers to EINCO 2019 (either as first/single author, or as co-author); in case that the same attending/participating (co)author at the EINCO 2019 activities would like to present a 2^nd abstract paper submitted and accepted for presentation at the EINCO 2019 to which he/she is (co)author, the fee to be paid for the 2^nd abstract paper is 35 EURO/ abstract paper for international (co)authors. • 450 LEI/ paper for national (co)authors; for this fee, ONLY ONE of the (co)authors can attend/participate at the EINCO 2019 activities; in case that other (co)author of one paper would like to attend the EINCO 2019, every additional attending/participating (co)author at the EINCO 2019 activities will have to pay an extra fee of 350 LEI/(co)author; a paper is allowed to have maximum 4 co-authors (including the first author); an author is admitted to submit maximum 2 papers to EINCO 2019 (either as first/single author, or as co-author); in case that the same attending/participating (co)author at the EINCO 2019 activities would like to present and publish a 2^nd paper submitted and accepted to the EINCO 2019 to which he/she is (co)author, the fee to be paid for the 2^nd paper is 250 LEI/ paper for national (co)authors. This fee covers the costs involving the Conference registration and programme, entrance to all sessions of the conference, coffee-breaks, lunch and dinner, the Conference Abstracts’ Volume (Abstracts Proceedings), a conference bag and associated materials, and the publication in extenso of the paper in the Journal “The Annals of the University of Oradea. The conference package will be available only for the (co)author who attend the EINCO 2019 Conference.

There are no discounts offered to authors of the papers accepted to EINCO 2019.

The EINCO 2019 Conference registration fee covers the costs involving the Conference registration and programme, entrance to all sessions of the conference, coffee-breaks, lunch and dinner, the Conference Abstracts’ Volume (Abstracts Proceedings), and a conference bag and associated materials. The conference package will be available only for the authors who attend the EINCO 2019 Conference.

Transport and accommodation costs will be covered by participants.
