associated to recent trends in the field of the <strong>Economic Sciences. <\/strong>Over the last decades, there is a growing recognition in economics and business environments of the key role played by economic integration both at the national and world level. In a dynamic environment, uncertain contexts like those we are currently experiencing, the capacity and necessary attitude for economic integration is fundamental and the probability of success is largely expected and determined by the European Union.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time there is a growing recognition of the need of more sustainable development, combining economic, ecologic and social aspects. In this setting and networking in, the European Integration in economics, business and policy making, go hand in hand. He is co-founder of the international journal <em>Management Dynamics in the Knowledge Economy<\/em>, and associate editor of <em>Electronic Journal of Knowledge Management<\/em>. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the <em>European Conference on Knowledge Management<\/em> and <em>European Conference on Intellectual Capital<\/em>. Our school education gives us a low level of understanding these phenomena and our mind has a natural tendency of avoiding uncertainty. My presentation is focused on the different thinking models we use currently in making decisions and shows which of these models are capable of understanding the future and making decisions for the future. All papers must be submitted in <strong>English.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Exception<\/strong> <\/span>is accepted for papers submitted to the <strong><em>Sub-section<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/anale.steconomiceuoradea.ro\/en\/sections-and-sub-sections-descriptions-contacts-details\/#1.3\">The Impact of Foreign Languages on the Business Environment<\/a><\/em><\/strong> <strong>only, <\/strong>where the abstract of the paper must be written in English, but the paper&#8217;s body is allowed to be written in another foreign language than Romanian (e.g. English, French, German etc.), subject to the author\/s\u2019 choice.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Instructions for authors:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The papers will be written in <strong>English<\/strong>, and will not exceed 5000 words in length, including abstract, figures, references and appendices for a total of 10 pages. Papers must comply with the <strong><em><u><a href=\"https:\/\/anale.steconomiceuoradea.ro\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/EINCO-2018_Model-paper-with-Instructions-for-Authors.doc\">Model paper<\/a><\/u> <\/em><\/strong>available for download at: <a href=\"https:\/\/anale.steconomiceuoradea.ro\/en\/the-fes-conference-2018\/\">https:\/\/anale.steconomiceuoradea.ro\/en\/the-fes-conference-2018\/<\/a> that explains all the requirements in detail. Papers not conforming to the conference style will be returned.<\/p>\n<p>Each author may submit <strong>maximum two papers <\/strong>&#8211; <em>individual or in collaboration<\/em>. In the case of submitting two papers, both papers will be registered <em>within the same section \/ sub-section<\/em> of the conference.
