A paper can have a maximum of 6 co-authors (including the first author); an author can submit a maximum of 2 papers to EINCO / AUOES 2024 (either as first/single author or as co-author).

Conference fees

VIRTUAL ATTENDING

• 35 EURO/ paper or abstract; this fee covers ONLY the paper`s review and participation in the EINCO 2024 activities: access to the online sessions, appearance in the conference program, abstract publication in the Conference abstract proceedings, and a Certificate of attendance. If the same attending/participating (co)author at the EINCO 2024 activities would like to present their 2^nd paper submitted and accepted for presentation at the EINCO 2024, the fee to be paid for the 2^nd paper is 20 EURO/ paper.
• 20 EURO for each (co)author (apart from the main participant) or listener attending the EINCO 2024 Conference. This fee covers participation in EINCO 2024 activities: access to the online sessions, and a Certificate of attendance.

Conference fees

ON-SITE ATTENDING

• 70 EURO/ paper or abstract; this fee covers ONLY the paper`s review and participation in the EINCO 2024 activities: access to the on-site sessions, appearance in the conference program, abstract publication in the Conference abstract proceedings, and a Certificate of attendance. If the same attending/participating (co)author at the EINCO 2024 activities would like to present their 2^nd paper submitted and accepted for presentation at the EINCO 2024, the fee to be paid for the 2^nd paper is 35 EURO/ paper.
• 50 EURO for each (co)author (apart from the main participant) or listener attending the EINCO 2024 Conference. This fee covers the participation in the EINCO 2024 activities: access to the on-site sessions, and a Certificate of attendance.

Publication fees

• An extra 35 EURO/ paper should be paid for the publication of the in extenso papers in The Annals of the University of Oradea. Economic Sciences Journal – TOM XXXIII 2024, ISSN 1582 – 5450 (electronic), University of Oradea Publishing, ISSN 1222-569X (print)` journal counted by the National Authority as B+ CNCSIS – Romania, and ERIH-PLUS, RePec, EBSCO, DOAJ, SCIPIO, CABELL’S DIRECTORY OF PUBLISHING OPPORTUNITIES.
• The staff employed by the Faculty of Economic Sciences (FES) of the University of Oradea in the academic year 2023-2024, the moderators of the EINCO 2024 sections, as well as the members of the committees either of the EINCO 2024 conference or the FES journals attending the conference online, are exempt from the payment of any fee.
• A 50% discount on the participation fee is applied only for the doctoral students at the Doctoral School of Economic Sciences, University of Oradea.
